Workshop in Gothenburg
The PEER-HOMEcare consortium recently met in Gothenburg for two days of collaboration, planning, and knowledge sharing. Partners from Sweden, Norway, and Latvia reviewed project progress, shared early intervention experiences, and developed plans to support successful project delivery through 2027.
